• Materials Destination

  Innovive will pick up cages in our dedicated vehicles directly from your facility, on a scheduled basis. We then remove the bedding and transport the plastic to our facility where it undergoes additional processing and cleaning in preparation for resale into our vendor network. The separated bedding is composted at municipal sites certified to handle animal waste.
• WE KEEP TRACK!
  Since December 2010, 28.4 tons of plastic have been diverted from the landfill and 45.6 tons of soiled bedding have been composted at our local municipal facility.

Other Recycling Options

Innovive cages are made of PET 1 which is very widely accepted in many municipal, university and commercial recycling programs.
We have a full-time recycling administrator on staff to help you coordinate with your local recyclers. We can also act as a purchaser of our plastics from municipal collections. The bottom line is that we do whatever we can to ensure our products are handled in the most environmentally responsible way.
